「Basically, a new property with a great value to stay and enjoy it amenities. Great Breakfast Buffet, 3 nice restaurants, beautiful view from the balcony and great service in the pools.」

「Great place and super staff. Food good and all places had super great service. Need to rebuild the pool at castle as no skimmer and part of decking in the water. So oil and dirt on surface. Other pools were great. Of course the algae issues, not the fault of the hotel. Again the people and staff could not have been better. All really nice and helpful.」

「The property feels quite dated despite charging premium rates. Its five-star designation is misleading; it aligns more closely with a four-star experience. For context, the St. Regis next door clearly meets true five-star standards and highlights the difference. That said, the food quality at Eden Roc is very good, and the villas are spacious.
