The hotel staff were super friendly and ensured we had everything we needed for a super relaxing stay. The pool, bars and dining areas were all great and the room more than met our expectations ! "Probably one of the best hotels in the Tossa Del Mar area. Beautiful installations, the spa was really nice and clean. The ocean facing balcony room was beautiful and comfortable. Really good and fresh breakfast with plenty of staff always walking around, helping and cleaning up. Amparo the bartender was super friendly with me and my wife; made the best drinks and gave us tons of tips on places to go and restaurants around always with a friendly smile. There was this kid in the front, i am not sure his name is spelled “Yan” or “Jean” of German background; he walked us all the way to our car whenever my wife felt hesitant to walk alone, he helped us with our bags and also gave us super friendly advise on where to go and wha to do. Would definitely go back to Elizabeth by the Sea as per their installations but specially because of their amazing staff! Two thumbs up!"
