「Probably one of the best hotels in the Tossa Del Mar area. Beautiful installations, the spa was really nice and clean. The ocean facing balcony room was beautiful and comfortable. 「This is NOT a 4 sater hotel, expect a 3 star hotel with a 4 star location. I will add that the front desk is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. My wife and I have traveld the world and a lot in Europe. We have found a common thread in Catalonia, not just at this property. People here a generally rude and aggresive. People in the service industries who make their living from the tourist trade, seem very inconvenienced by it all and bothered that you exist. Rude treatement from a front desk clerk...

「El sitio no es mal lugar, pero le falta mucho cariño. Al llegar nos dimos cuenta de que el "Hotel", era un hostal. No te recibe nadie en recepción y si no llega a ser por unos vecinos que nos dieron el numero de teléfono, no hubiéramos sabido como entrar. La habitación estuvo bien, pero el servicio de limpieza nunca se pasó por la misma. Repito, el sitio esta bien, pero a mi parecer si le ponen un poco de cariño la cosa estaría mucho mejor」
