Common areas were very nice and worth of a 4-star hotel. The room was average. The bathroom was definitely not a 4-star hotel bathroom. Breakfast was good.

Brilliant staff

The staff make this place: so attentive and clearly trained. Whilst the hotel is a tad tired we were very comfortable and the breakfast was second to none. A 20% reduction with on site food was offered! Pity we didn't know if this previously: we had prebooked a nearby excellent restaurant.

Nice hotel at a very busy intersection. Next door is a wine store and excellent chinese restaurant, and a short walk to a grocery store as well. Room was clean but small, especially the shower.

The Hotel is on a corner with very heavy traffic. Not easy to get in and out. The rooms, Bathroom, and shower are very small. There is not much storage for 2 or more people if you bring more than 1 suitcase. The lobby with a bar and breakfast area in the basement is fine. The staff is very friendly.

Not Even Close to a Four-Star Hotel

Not Even Close to a Four-Star Hotel When we tried to take a shower in the evening, we found that the drain was completely clogged. There was no shower curtain by the bathtub, so water splashed everywhere ā€“ and on top of that, the shower hose was leaking. This was far below any acceptable standard, let alone what youā€™d expect from a hotel claiming to have four stars. To make things worse, the receptionistā€™s only form of ā€œcompensationā€ was to offer a bottle of mineral water. Frankly, this felt both inadequate and almost insulting considering the situation. On top of that, we paid ā‚¬50 for breakfast for two adults and two children ā€“ a price that was absolutely not justified by the quality or selection offered. This is simply not a four-star experience ā€“ not in terms of facilities, maintenance, food, or service. We strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere.

Hotel ist gut um Como und die umliegenden StƤdte zu besichtigen. Abends waren die ParkplƤtze stark genutzt weil diese auch von den Restaurant GƤsten genutzt werden. Das apricht natĆ¼rlich auch dafĆ¼r das dass Restaurant super ist!

Geen 4 sterren waardig. Hebben bijbetaald om een wat fatsoenlijkere kamer te krijgen. Die was iets beter maar ook niet veel goeds. Vieze vlekken op de muren en kastdeuren. Hotel is overduidelijk aan een flinke opknapbeurt toe. Gelukkig verbleven we er maar 1 nachtje.
