「El alojamiento es excepcional. Lugar muy limpio y nuevo. Situado al lado de Santa Elena. Cerca de los parques más importantes de actividades de canopy. Personal atento y amable. Buen desayuno. Las comunicaciones son un poco complicadas. Las carreteras, o mejor dicho caminos, son muy malos y en toda la zona es imprescindible tener un coche 4x4. 」

「Check in was a nightmare. Tv didnt work. Never got a wifi password. Place was difficult to find and the manager was unaware check in was at 10am. Overall a bad experience 」

「No one was around for check in. I had to wait around in the rain for 1 hour before a second couple showed up with a cellphone with a sim card. They were able to message the property through the app and got someone there within 20 minutes or so. They also tried to charge me twice.. If you stay here, make sure you have your receipt ready in case they try to charge you again. Also, it's a good idea to buy a sim card so you can contact them when you get there. It is NOT a manned office. 」

Se puede ver el volcán desde la ventana, cada uno de los espacios estaba perfectamente ordenado y con un nivel de limpieza espectacular! Las personas que nos atendieron en el lugar fueron sumamente amables y respetuosos. Definitivamente volveremos lo pasamos muy bien! 」
