「I booked a junior room with air conditioning (AC), but the AC was not working. When I reported the issue and requested a room change at reception, I was told, “You booked this room, so you won’t be given another unless you pay extra.”
As a result, the room was extremely hot and it was very difficult for me to sleep. Eventually, I had to check out at around 5:30 a.m. because I couldn’t get proper rest throughout the night.

「This hotel is basic, a room and a private bathroom, but that is all we needed. We were there one night as a waystation to where we were going from the airport. There was no staff on site at night or in the morning when we were there. I don't speak Spanish. Fortunately another guest helped us arrange a taxi to our car rental. Note: This room does not have any view from a window except of the wall of the building next door six inches away. 」

「El piso de la habitación estaba bastante sucio y el mantenimiento le falta pintura. Tiene experiencia de chimenea pero la madera estaba húmeda por lo que no pudimos vivirla. Esa era una de las razones por la cual decidimos quedarnos ahí.」
