「The condo was clean but smelled of disinfectant. The smell was so unpleasant that I had to keep the window open all the time. Although the window stayed open for the entire time, the smell remained. As soon as I stepped into this condo, I called the BEE management and asked for a different condo, but the person in charge claimed this could not be provided and refused to reimburse me. 「Great location, just next to SJO airport (so airplanes flying by on top, but not during the night) and supermarket, with gated parking lot. Owner is friendly and easy to communicate. 2BR with small equipped kitchen and living room. 」

「Expectations and assumptions are the reason for my ratings. I thought I was going to have a different experience while that experience was not met. Based on my assumptions my stay there was pleasant and there were some adjustments I had to make once I realized what the accommodations provided the staff was friendly.
