「Staff was amazing and very helpful. Upon arrival we were told that there was sunscreen for us to use, only for all of the bottles to be empty. They did have cold water on tap available at all times, so that was really nice. Bathroom could use a lot of work, sink was coming off the wall, toilet didn’t flush on multiple occasions, the door in there didn’t close and shower pressure was very low. As a young couple traveling to Costa Rica from the US who wanted access to the beach and night life, this was the perfect spot for us.
