「Honestly a great deal for the price. A-frame tents were spacious (enough for us to open up two check in bags and a carry on and still be able to walk around). Our room has a view of the forest with nothing blocking it which was so amazing because we literally woke up to birds sitting in our balcony. We were only staying for one night and since we had an early start the next morning, the staff was nice enough to let us pick some items from their breakfast buffet before they had even...

El desayuno es bueno, pero debe variarse, todos los días es el mismo. El hotel en general esta muy bien, limpio y con mucha vegetación y tiene vista al volcán.」

「Really enjoyed our stay here! One of our favorite places we stayed at! The fire pit and the views were stunning! We got some beautiful photos. The server in the restaurant I forget his name but he was wonderful as well. We also did the avocado trail and it was nice but we went a little late so it started getting dark. Def recommend doing it earlier in the day. Overall, very clean and friendly staff. Recommend!」

「The vista on property was beautiful but the room we booked was suppose to overlook the lake and volcano but we got placed in a room that mainly overlooked the parking lot for the sky adventure park with some views of the lake visible. There were horse flies everywhere and tons of dead flies all over the floor in the room and in the curtains on the bed and in the bathtub. The traffic up to the adventure park was very loud. And there were no amenities on the property. But the lady on site...

「The room was nice. The window in the bathroom had the screen knocked out. Our room was a ways from the front. The website said hiking etc but everything was extra.」

「The rental was great if you like to be close to nature. It needed a little cleaning due to insects, but the staff came to clean it once we notified them. They were very helpful. The breakfast was really good, with generous portions. They also helped us book some excursions, which were really helpful. Really good customer service.」

「There are 2 parts to this review. First the property is amazing, set in beautiful grounds with clearly marked trails and lots of birds and wildlife. All the staff are really helpful and clearly passionate about the location they work in. We did the onsite night walk and saw lots of animals including sloths, agouti, kinkajou and porcupine, alongside frogs and beautiful birds. 「Very basis place. Staff is great and helpful but the place itself is 1 star equivalent. For example shower has hot water but sink does not. Beds are like sleeping on box spring very uncomfi. These are not complaints but just facts.」
