「Very disappointing checkout experience at Grand Hyatt Goa. Despite calling reception three times requesting help with luggage, no one came to assist. After waiting for quite some time, I eventually had to carry all the luggage myself during checkout. Service should not be different during check-in and check-out. Guests expect the same level of attention and hospitality throughout their stay, especially at a luxury hotel. This was certainly not the experience I expected.」

「There were unexpected charges related to the age of my children. I booked for two adults and two children but had to pay £230 extra for my oldest child upon arrival. Hotel subsequently realised that the charge was not entirely correct but only partially compensated me. The breakfast was excellent and the service at the breakfast was wonderful. However service at the restaurant during the dinners was less good. Hotel prices for the wine are not reasonable. More than £40 for a bottle of local...

「I stayed here with my wife and it was a wonderful experience for us as a couple. The room was excellent and the property itself is beautiful. We especially loved the ocean view room, which had an amazing view. The beach was also stunning and very relaxing. Overall, it was a great choice for our stay and we truly enjoyed our time here.」
