Thank you for your review. Unfortunately on the day of your stay there was a large leak that had to be repaired. During the repair it caused the hot tub to have discolored water and the water level dropped. It took several hours to get the water back to normal. We hope that we will be able to have another opportunity to see you in the future when everything is back operational.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and liked that there were hot food options. However, the pool was out of service, the room didn't feel clean, it's outdated, and I found hair in the bed sheets and in the clean towels! Decor is dark colored and dreary. There were three different outlets in the room that didn't work! I would not stay here again.

The room was clean and check in was so easy. I chose this hotel since they had breakfast and a pool. Breakfast was good. The front desk lady let us know that even though the pool was closed the part was in the back and the janitor just needed to install it for it to reopen. Guess he couldn't be bothered to do that on a Tuesday nor Wednesday so we did not get to experience time in the pool during our stay. Very disappointed.

I apologize you were not updated with the pool situation. They did in fact try to replace the part, however it turned into more of an issue than it was first expected to be and will require draining the pool and more work to fix than anticipated. So unfortunately the pool will be down a little bit longer than expected.

I was in town during a power outage and Macy at the front desk was super rad. Room was clean and the location was convenient. Had a blast shredding the gnar.

Getting to the place was kind of awkward but being there was a lot of snow it might of made it harder to get to. Other than that service was great. Maybe having someone shovel out snow in the parking area would’ve helped and I wouldn’t have fallen. Room was pretty clean but had some sort of musky smell which could have been old carpeting. For the one night it wasn’t so bad.

An ok stay
Front desk clerk was friendly and check in was a breeze. Room was nice. Bedding clean. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. There was mold in the shower. Breakfast was ok. Wish there would have been biscuits and gravy, but it was the usual rehydrated eggs, sausage patty’s, waffles which are always good, cereal, yogurt, fruit. Overall it was an ok stay.

Put in a handicap room, sink counter just above my knees. Room located clear at the end of the hall, quite a long walk. Parked close to the room when we returned, card did not work in the outside reader so had to walk all the way around the building to the front entrance then back down that long hall. Room was cold, no extra blankets or pillows in the closet. Breakfast was packaged food. Not staying here again

The hotel was fine for a night on a cross country trip. Our only concern was that they appeared to be working on the exterior door card readers- like a hole in the wall with wires coming through. The doors were not locked overnight- anyone could come in.

Great find!
Room was large and spotless. The large couch was especially nice. Relatively new property with an excellent layout. All common areas were really clean. Breakfast area was well laid out and staffed. The breakfast staff was very attentive to every detail. Menu was varied and the food was well prepared. Very well managed property.
