Bonjour,nous avons passé 3 nuits au bastides, Résidence bien placé (plusieurs villages a proximité) Personnel agréable et souriant. 2 piscines propres a disposition. Parking gratuit devant la résidence. Wifi gratuit. A 2 Minutes a pied des commerçants. A 10 Minutes en voitures le magnifique lac. Nous sommes satisfait de notre séjours et nous reviendrons.

Sehr außerhalb und zustand der unterkunft sehe runtergekommen. Rezeption nie erreichbar die mitarbeiterin von expedia war nicht in der lage mit dem hotel zu kommunizieren und verlangte von mir als urlauberin für die angegebene Ausstattung wie zb fön beim kundensupport anzurufen nachdem sie moch 20 min im chat warten lassen hat. A somewhat worn down resort, 2 small pools no other shared facilities. Some cafés, restaurants and a good grocery store very close by though. Also very close to swimming lake (Lac de Saint-Cassien, recommended), Cannes, the Riviera etc. A holiday home - not suitable for short stays due to cleaning costs and not so flexible check-in hours. Check-in after 19 possible, but has to be arranged. Staff didn't speak English on the phone - code exchange was difficult. Read the fine print - Hotels.com didn't specify the cost of cleaning and linen correctly, quite expensive.

Hébergement pas très propre et qui manque sérieusement de rénovation (ex carrelage mural par terre, cassé et coupant dans la douche du bas à notre arrivée), voisins assez bruyants. Résidence un peu vieillissante le store du velux était cassé et le radiateur du séjour ne fonctionnait pas. Les housses de canapé étaient tachées. Sinon la résidence est au calme toute proche d’Intermarché 5min à pieds pour faire les courses et bien cuisine bien équipée ( vrai four micro onde plaque et lave vaisselle). Mettre un paillasson à l’entrée de la maison serait un plus.

Ce pourrait être un très beau village vacances mais les logements manquent cruellement d’entretien Odeur immonde de tabac froid à l’arrivée, rideau tachés, carreaux manquants dans la douche… Manque d’équipement dans le logement, même pas une éponge ou un produit vaisselle dans la cuisine.. c’est limite je trouve! Heureusement que nous étions en voiture car l’hébergement est très excentré. L’entretien des jardins était aussi à revoir La personne qui nous a accueillis était sympa cependant
