「Albright the staff where a little friendly the room was not very good. It appeared they started to paint areas then left them. Which wasn’t a huge deal but the bathtub/shower wouldn’t drain. So you stood in soapy water you couldn’t get off. The breakfast was the worst part. There’s where runny, the potatoes still half frozen. The toaster and waffle maker blew a circuit and wouldn’t work, no napkins. The only thing about it that was good was the overcooked sausage link. It was really poorly...

「We stay at this hotel at least 3 times a year because my son goes to college at AUGUSTANA University. Overall, we love this hotel but there is one staff member who works in the dining room area for breakfast that is extremely rude. She yells at guests when they are getting food. I have spoke to and watched multiple guests that feel uncomfortable with her interactions with guests. She yelled at me today when the waffle batter machine was not working properly. She couldn’t get it to work properly...

「That hot tub was amazing! The pool was on the short size and only ladders. The breakfast was pretty good I wish they had a meat option, but my husband enjoyed biscuits and sausage gravy. Will definitely go back.」

「It’s obviously is not a Waldorf Astoria, but the place was incredibly clean, much better than a lot of higher end places I’ve been. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also much better than many more expensive places. I don’t think you can get more bang for your buck.」

「One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, in Sioux Falls. We were all there for a basketball tournament and the big eating area was perfect for us when we were celebrating a kid's birthday party and having pizza after our games for the day! Kids loved the pool area. Hot tub was closed on Sunday AM, but the all night swimming was cool for parents!」
