We had a great stay. Our room was very clean and spacious. No free breakfast, but there was a small coffee shop in the lobby. There was a nice fitness center and pool too.

The staff was extremely welcoming and inviting when I checked in. The property was absolutely beautiful, and prime location, located within walking distance to the cities largest mall and many, many restaurants. I would highly recommend.

The lasts guests' leftovers were in the refrigerator. The refrigerator froze anything put into it. There was only 1 plug in on each side of the bed which made it difficult to plug in multiple things that needed charging. The bathroom floor was not clean- hair in corners. The room was dimly lit including the vanity area which made getting ready difficult. The room was laid out well & the bed was very comfortable.

Great place to stay

The facilities were amazing, accommodations were delightful. My only downside was it said that there was breakfast at the hotel, while there was breakfast at the hotel it was for a cost. Which I’m fine with that so long as I know ahead of time, which I did not.

Perfect place to stay

Last minute decision to stay but will definitely be staying there again. Great staff, clean facilities and nice little bistro/coffee shop was perfect for the cold weather trip.

Arrived fairly late after long travel day. Easy check in. Super friendly front desk guy. I forget his name. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable! Bathroom was not as clean as it should have been which was surprising. Hairs in shower that were not ours and some hairs alongside the baseboard near the toilet. Strangely, no coffee offered in or near the lobby between 7 am and 10 am. Overall it was a good stay. We would stay again just for the comfortable beds and bedding.

Beautiful and Comfortable

Beautiful and comfortable, layout of building makes sense, friendly employees, squeaky clean. In Mall parking lot but quiet anyway. Our keys quit working twice and the pool is very small. Otherwise a perfect stay!
