We didn’t have a microwave or fridge like we were told we would, washing machine gets stuck on rinse. The staff was overall super friendly. Would stay here again.

Residence Inn by Marriott San Juan Isla Verde
Breakfast Buffet horrible food terrible and service worse. No attendant watching the seating area to clean tables and direct guests for seating. Had an area marked reserved that people were seating in as only place to sit. Then a staff member came and told them they had to leave that area.
