San Juan Airport Hotel
The people staying next to my room were very loud so I’m guessing the rooms aren’t sound proof. That is my only complaint about the property.

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel
The staff, especially Luis at The Lobby Bar, were pleasant and attentive. The servers on the beach seemed attentive to some and not to others. The food was delicious and the pools and beach phenomenal.
