Great location, cosy bedroom but mouldy bathroom

Great location with bars & restaurants nearby, big room & nice pool. But a pity, like many others’ commented, the rooms seem under-maintained. Bedroom was fine for me, sheets were white & clean. But the bathroom shower floors got many black mould spots, yellowish patches on toilet floors too. The amenity kits are probably out for very long, the colour of the some of boxes already faded, didn’t use any, but surprised with the “age” of them. Toilet / bathroom had misty mouldy smell, although it was dry when I entered upon check in. I will reconsider staying here again, due to the convenience to good restaurants & bars, & I am still pleased with the bedroom. Just got to bear with the yucky bathroom. Quick showers & washup should be still bearable.

AC sometimes did not cool down room enough, toilet kept not flushing, weird smell, staff seemed non attentive. Staff does not great you upon arrival and seen napping in common areas. Overall if you need a place to stay it’s decent but I would not say this is a 4 star hotel and service.

Kirana Canggu Hotel Review

The hotel was in a great location and close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel was a bit run-down and required some much needed maintenance. The pool was greenish in colour and my partner refused to swim in it! Breakfast was included in our package, however, the choices were very limited. And at best, I would say it was average in quality & quantity.
