It was in a very good location. The staff was really nice and friendly. There were many things to do around the area and a lot of different restaurants. Will defiantly stay here again next time I come to Bali.

Great hotel with amazing services. Staff could not be more helpful and friendly. One one thing I would suggest is possibly a sail shade even just over half the pool as the sun can get extremely hot. Apart from that we cannot fault the hotel

Beautiful stay. Very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The service was stellar! They were kind, gracious and helpful. Massages were in house. Breakfast & menu items were great. Lots of variety.

BEWARE: BED BUGS AT THIS PROPERTY IRRESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT We had booked a 6-night stay at this hotel but cut our stay short due to recurring bed bug bites found after 3 nights. My sister woke up every morning with new red dots and was diagnosed by both a local doctor (in person) and an international doctor (virtually) with bed bug bites. This was a traumatic experience for us and mentally distressing. However, management attempts to shirk responsibility and refuses to fully refund claiming that the hotel has no bed bugs and the source of such bites could've been from elsewhere. We have strong reason to believe that the hotel is the source of bed bugs: 1) my sister woke up every day with new bites; 2) besides the hotel, we have not been to the same place twice; 3) new bites have only been found in the mornings after spending the night in the hotel; 4) after we left room 215, she stopped experiencing bites; 5) this was the first hotel we stayed in since arriving in Bali. This surely is not coincidental. The hotel did conduct a pest control search post our complaint but found no bed bugs. However, the absence of visible bed bugs and stains does not necessarily negate the possibility of their presence, given they are adept at evading detection even during professional searches. The hotel continues to refuse to refund us, which is utterly unacceptable. Besides bed bugs, this hotel is more 3-star than 4. Pictures are better than reality. BEWARE AVOID. NOT WORTH IT.

I stayed here solo for 3 nights. Felt very safe. Lovely hotel, close to everything and very clean. Staff were always so happy and polite. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Lots of construction noise as building work both sides of the hotel. This started at 8am and went on until the evening so don’t expect a lie in or to sit quietly on your balcony. Couldn’t hear it having breakfast by the pool area. There is construction everywhere in Canggu so lots of hotels have the same noise.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Overall it was good value & in a good location. Staff were lovely, good wifi, breakfast was ok - enough choice just not to the standard if you were to go out to a nice cafe. A bit odd that the sink is in the main bedroom as you wake the other person up if you get up first but everything else was fine.

Fantastic location near Batu Bolong beach, and walking distance from cafes, massage spas & restaurants! Service at the hotel was excellent too - the staff are very attentive and responsive. One night we could hear our neighbours blasting music, but this was resolved very quickly with the help of the hotel's security. Their in-room massage is worth trying - prices are reasonable & masseurs are great. Would return to stay here again!

Great hotel staff lovely not crowded easily got sun beds lots of fresh towels nice & comfortable. Buffet breakfast amazing lots of choice eggs any way cooked fresh to your choice fresh fruit ect .had a lovely deluxe room with sea view there is building work either side but didn’t bother us found it quiet entertaining.restaurant food great no Bali belly cocktails amazing fair priced . Could not fault it & easy walk to whatever you want . Definitely would come again .

We had the absolute best time at Eastin Ashta Resort Canggu. The level of service provided was exceptional. The staff were all super friendly, from the service providers to the gardeners. We were always met with a smile and a hello. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It was in such a convenient location with fantastic restaurants, cafes and bars within such close walking distance. The breakfast buffet provided a great variety of yummy foods. The cleanliness at the resort was next level. Will definitely be back!

I liked that these facilities were farely new. Buffet breakfast was great value. We had good water pressure and didn't have the sound of scooters all night.
