Rooms was super clean as was the resort. Staff were friendly and polite and helped whenever needed. Pools were colder than expected and the hot tubs seemed to not be working which was a little of a let down, but overall great

Went in March 2026 with my young family. Did the breakfast option and we typically slept in to 9 and one of would bring kids down. They had a decent breakfast, better options the earlier you go. Beech had some seaweed first few days but we played around it and they had it all cleared within a few days of being here. The location is decent and there is some family friendly activities during the day. The hotel was going through some renos so one of the buildings was unavailable. Recommend as it was a pretty decent price and if you are on a tighter budget like we were it can work out pretty well to pay as you go for lunch and dinner and also gives you lots of flexibility if you have activities throughout the week outside the resort.

Our stay at emporio was the worst thing I have experienced I travel a lot and wanted to give them a chance and it went terribly when room was cleaned towels wouldnt be replaced with clean ones it was a struggle to have a towel that was clean and it would be an issue asking the staff cause they had a terrible attitude felt like asking was a bother when it’s there job this resort had 3 jacuzzis and not a single one was hot they felt like normal pools we would ask staff to see if they can’t make it hotter or what’s wrong and they would avoid it and never come back pillows in room had black spots and our ac, hot water for shower and refrigerator did not work they said they fixed it but looked and felt the same also the resort was under a lot of renovation that they never mentioned so we were limited in certain areas there was also little bugs in the shower and in our room water would leak from the side when we would shower we asked the receptionist upfront if we could switch rooms and she said that would be an extra $95 a night after telling her everything that’s wrong with the room our beach was full of it i understand it’s high season but we visited other beaches near by and they were cleaned up

Let me start with the check in line, it was horrible. We waited in line for about an hr, and im not exaggerating. I payed through expedia for a ocen view room. I had the pool view with a sliver of ocen view, they said as long as you can see the ocean, its ocean view. Staff told me if i wanted ocean view i would have to pay for a ocean front room. After i pleaded my case the manager did put me at 50% ocean view. The rooms, pool and building was clean and the staff was nice. The gym is very limited, but i was glad they had dumbells and a bench. We only had the breakfast package and the food was good. Checkout was fast. Just make sure you choose ocean front if you wana see the full ocean view.

Loved the staff. Super friendly. Room was beautiful with tight sliding doors so we slept like babies. Food was excellent! Beach is good. Guardavida excelente! He even helped with with my scraped knee and a little girl that got an allergy from touching the carcass/sea weed? Morning trackers did their best to clean up the beach every morning. Lots of activities and fun. I had fun with Shakira, Andre, Alejandro, Oswaldo, Francisco and Santos hooked us up with the yellow boat jungle tour and snorkeling was awesome. There was some construction work going on which was annoying and water levels in kids pools were low. Convenient to public transport and convenient stores to get affordable sunscreen. Our room had a great view and room service was excellent! I would recommend especially after construction is done which should be soon.

Muy hotel, nada más tiene un defecto el elevador ya tiene más de 8 meses sin funcionar como es eso posible. No puedes subir ni bajar tu equipaje, estás los bellboys pero hasta que llegas q la puerta te quieren ayudar ya cuando todo el recorrido lo hiciste solo, deberían de hablar por teléfono y preguntar si los vas a ocupar estar más pendiente de eso.

No pools have chairs- you either have to rent a cabana or use te beach. Grounds are not very nice, all under construction. I have stayed at dozens of Cancun area resorts and this was definently a 1 star. Reception is the size of a bedroom and such long waits. Foods was decent and restaurants were modern decor, but not worth the money and looks nothing like the photos

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel and resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and made the check-in process quick and smooth. The property is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, modern amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere. The resort facilities were outstanding — the pool area was clean and well organized, and the surrounding landscape made the stay feel peaceful and luxurious. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with a great variety of options, and the service was always attentive and friendly. One of the best parts of our stay was the excellent customer service. Every staff member was polite, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our trip special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel and resort to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing vacation.
