We booked last minute ie when we arrived in Canberra, and had to wait nearly 2 hours to receive both the online instructions and get keys to access the place - all the while waiting in our car. There is NO reception desk so gained assistance from other residents on how to use elevator as swipe box was hidden behind padded lift liner, plus parking not numbered in any particular order - need a map. Once we were in we were comfortable and happy with the facilities and location. Lovely pub nearby. Wrong Wifi details provided. Be nice if dish detergent and soap were supplied. Unpleasant corridor/carpet odour noticeable between lift and rooms.
