"When we booked, the 'perk' for hotels.com members was free parking. Luckily, we tool a screenshot of that, because when we got to the hotel, the checkin agent had no record, and attempted to tell me that no such offer exists. With the exception of this interaction, everything else about the place was top notch."

"We stayed 1 night in a Family room (2x adults & 2x teenages) and my parents in a separate room, it was excellent. Comfy beds and pillows, it was clean and spacious perfect for our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The fact that parking was included in the price (as we had 2 cars) was the reason for choosing the Brassey. I would happily stay here again and recommend to others."
