No 2° dia, solicitamos a recepção a troca de toalhas e a plaqueta de aviso do quarto. Fomos informados de que a plaqueta estavam sendo confeccionada e que o pedido seria repassado.
Após mais de quatro horas sem retorno, solicitamos ajuda a uma camareira, que de forma muito atenciosa e gentil conseguiu nos auxiliar...
