Great family hotel

It was a great stay. The hotel was exactly what we were expecting. Maybe the room was a touch smaller than we expected. The service was excellent . Everyone very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was very nice to stay in. It was clean and modern and made my stay very comfortable. The staff are friendly and were very patient with me while I used google translate on my phone to communicate. A couple of the front desk staff spoke english which was helpful. The hotel is a bit smaller in person than it appears in the photos on the internet, but there was enough space for my needs. The little beach attached is pleasant if you want calmer waters away from the main beach. The food was great, I recommend the mashed potatos! Big breakfast! You will enjoy your stay here.

Estivemos hospedados por alguns dias e fomos muito bem atendidos. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e muito aconchegantes, piscina aquecida. A localização é excelente, bem ao lado do polo gastronômico, o que permite fazer tudo a pé. O único ponto a melhorar é o café da manhã. A variedade poderia ser maior e alguns itens não estavam frescos. No primeiro dia havia indicação de que seria possível solicitar tapioca, ovos e omelete, mas não estavam disponíveis. Todos os funcionários nos deram um ótimo atendimento. As recepcionistas são muito atenciosas e simpáticas. No geral, tivemos uma ótima estadia e acreditamos que, com pequenos ajustes no café da manhã, a experiência ficará ainda melhor.

O hotel é maravilhoso, os funcionários muito educados e competentes, o café da manhã é bom porém poderia equilibrar em opções salgadas e doces ao invés de ter a maioria doce. As instalações são muito boas mas existem pontos a serem melhorados como por exemplo o ralo do box da suíte em que fiquei a água demora demais a escoar, você toma banho e o box vai se transformando em uma piscina, tive que interromper o meu banho em determinado momento pois fiquei com medo de transbordar água por todo banheiro. A manta para dormir também só tinha opção de solteiro e o ferro de passar está precisando ser substituído ou de uma boa manutenção do fio pois está desencapado inclusive. Fora esses pontos que são fáceis de serem resolvidos, eu não tenho mais nada a pontuar. De forma geral a minha estadia foi muito agradável. A localização do hotel é maravilhosa, a piscina aquecida sensacional. Com certeza irei retornar mais vezes.

O ar condicionado do quarto estava muito barulhento precisando de manutenção. O bar da piscina abre muito tarde. Hoje um domingo so abria as 11h. Fui ate o restaurante para pegar uma cerveja e nao pude pegar a cerveja com esta alegação. Acabei pedindo no quarto e a piscina nao era tão aquecida assim.

O hotel apresenta uma ótima estrutura, funcionários eficientes, porem notei uma extrema falta de organização. O hotel ficou sem luz por algum momento para manutenção elétrica, as tvs em alguns quartos nao estavam funcionando, falta de toalha num quarto com mais de uma pessoa hospedada, falta de mantas e controle remoto dos aparelhos nos quartos… enfim, a direção deveria se organizar, principalmente por se tratar de um feriado.
