The property is overall very nicely located and easy to travel from. It was clean and the bathroom was very spacious. However the service left a LOT to be desired😖!
Here are a couple of examples: once when asked the doorman to call us a cab he just pointed to the taxi driving by and said that you will find it there! How unprofessional!!
Also we were leaving early for a trip so I asked them to provide some croissants or something to the room ( mind you this is a hotel that does full breakfast) and they refused since it was about 10 minutes before 7 — there usual time😟. In summary facilities and location good customer service bad!

My stay at Hotel Regina was excellent and it made my birthday special. On check-in, our room was upgraded and a personal message from the hotel's General manager was delivered with some sweet treats.
The hotel is ideally located with high end shopping and restaurants literally across the street. Very easy access to local transportation including the metro, buses, etc. If you plan on staying in Madrid, this should be your first choice. Highly recommend.

This property has a slightly dated interior with some tired fittings. The breakfast was very expensive for what was on offer.
