"The first day: we arrived to find out that both rooms that we booked had, attention - extremely dirty toilet closets. We had only a weekend trip, why would it be even a problem for such a premium hotel to give rooms in these conditions to guests? After I reported that the toilet in my room had an issue, the staff acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. Instead of apologizing or focusing on resolving it, I was given a lecture about how difficult it had been to clean the toilet. To make matters worse,...

"A nice modern hotel that was very clean with AC and WIFI located at a great bus hub so getting around was very easy."

"Quiet small little chapel in courtyard. Swimming pool on property. Beautiful views and great dinner on terrace. Close to bus stop to main Lugano station. Wanted to stay an extra night but they were sold out. Wonderful stay."

"The room was spacious and beautiful, offering a stunning view. Breakfast was excellent. The dinner service was wonderful with an equally amazing view, just the food is not the best. However, given that it was included in the half-board rate, it was perfectly acceptable. A quick tip: the train station is only a two-minute walk away, but be sure to ask the front desk for directions, instead of following Google Maps."
