「The rooms had a stale smell. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. The mattress & sheets had stains on them. There were roaches in the rooms. My niece also stayed & we both had to leave. No way we were staying in those conditions. When we tried to get a refund they rudely told us they do not do that. When Expedia contacted them the denied it all & said they offered us a new room. For us they did not but they did for my niece & it was just as bad. Stay far, far, far away from this place! ...

「Enjoyed our stay here. Room was nice and very clean. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked great with no humidity in the room whatsoever. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. I have zero complaints. Would highly recommend.」

「Room was clean. There was mold in the bathroom. The fan was very loud and noisy. Good breakfast. Internet very slow Lighting in room awful. It was way too dark.」

「Old historic facility, beautiful courtyard, but facility itself needs uprating painting. A little remodeling would help elevator wasn’t working made it very difficult for us to take luggage up three flights to stairs to the third floor. Staff was very friendly.」
