The staff were super nice, professional and very attentive to my needs. Breakfast was very nice. The decor of the hotel is a bit dark, somber. More light would be nice. I do feel my room was a bit overprice, no view to speak of.

This was probably the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The were very kind and got us in early when our flight was changed, however the room they gave us on the first floor must have been next to the housekeeping closet because they started slamming the door at 7:30 every morning, right through until the afternoon. The listing said noiseproof rooms, however we could hear the toilet flush above us, and the guest stomped so loud one night pacing the room that we almost had to call the front desk. The first floor looks nothing like the photos and is a dungeon. The windows look below grade and get no light. I absolutely would not have booked this hotel. Staff was very nice though.
