「Excellent hotel near Trevi fountain, but in a safe and secure location. The staff was very helpful, welcoming, and booked restaurant and taxi reservations for us. The hotel has free water, soda, breakfast and happy hour which was a great relaxation after a long day of walking. Would definitely stay there again. There is a gate which requires a passcode to enter - would have been nice to have that before arriving at hotel, but maybe I missed seeing that in the reservation. 」

「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」
