「Very good 」

「Close to the highway, 汽车的噪音污染严重，不能睡觉。太恐怖啦。」

「Too many kids and dogs! Dog hair in the elevator and waiting area. Where went to check in no one was at the desk for 10 minutes. I was calling the hotel when they finally showed up. That was the evening girl. The morning check out guy seemed uninterested. The food area was a mess due to so many kids dropping stuff on the floor. Just overall not a pleasant stay for the money.」

「Clean, comfortable, and very friendly staff.」

「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「Attitude is very bad」

「Hot tub with no bubbles Hair found in bathroom notification given to front desk. I had to clean it myself. Waffle timer not working.」

「房间香味剂太浓了。」

「We stayed here specifically to visit our family stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, and the location was absolutely perfect. It made getting on and off base incredibly convenient, saving us a ton of driving time each day. The rooms are basic but they were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff was very accommodating and understood the unique needs of families. If you are looking for a straightforward, affordable, and highly convenient place to stay while catching up with your service...

「Clean hotel, quiet and I felt very safe. The king suite was roomy and comfortable. The check-in was friendly and efficient. The breakfasts were surprisingly good also.」
