"Staff was very helpful, allowed an early check in. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Great location, close to airport also. Loved the pool area. Only complaint was the $18.99 continental breakfast that is usually complimentary. "

"The property was nice and clean, which was most important for us. There were a few areas, like the hallways and elevator, that felt a bit worn (chipped tiles in the elevator and some fraying/snags in the hallway), but the rooms themselves were nice. The room key and/or door was a little tricky and didn’t always work on the first try—we often had to scan several times to get in. The TV remote worked, but the guide did not, and there was no option to connect to Netflix or other streaming accounts, so we found ourselves flipping through channels like it was the 90s. The hotel did provide shampoo and body wash, but the conditioner was either empty or the dispenser wasn’t working. Breakfast was okay—fairly basic. One day included eggs, sausage, waffles, and potatoes; another day had eggs, bacon, waffles, and quiche. Both days also offered standard items like bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, fruit (oranges, apples, and bananas), oatmeal, coffee, tea, and milk. They may have had yogurt as well, but I’m not certain. It was a bit surprising that there was no juice available at all. The front desk staff were wonderful—very kind and friendly. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff had a very different demeanor. Interactions felt abrupt and somewhat rude, and they seemed annoyed while doing their job, which impacted the experience. Housekeeping was inconsistent—towels refreshed and bed straightened, but sheets weren’t changed and the foldout bed was left messy, which was unusual."

"The water park is a nice feature, but closes at 6 we didn’t realize until our last night that there are other smaller pools throughout the property that stay open later. It’s an older property and doesn’t feel luxe, but the beds were fine and the onsite restaurant/bar was great for quick, casual dining."

"Wonderful front desk staff member who was very attentive from the moment of first contact until checking out, very friendly, and personable. Clean property, did not eat breakfast as it is not complementary, no on-site lunch or dinner options, Starbucks on-site is not staffed and the front desk associates are expected to prepare orders and figure out how to make them upon request, nice pool and hot tub, quiet stay, mattresses need upgrading, we had less than half a roll of toilet paper for three people, ample nearby restaurant choices, multiple stores in immediate area."

"Hotel was convenient to airport, shopping and restaurants. The staff was great and our room was clean. The pool water was clean but all around the edge was algae so I chose not to swim. Disappointed as it was a hot AZ day. Also didn’t know there was a parking fee. Overall a good stay. "
