Thanks to all of them on our behalf, please: staff are what make all the difference at any resort. (SPA treatments are a must.) Just one suggestion: provide more TV options, especially the movies! (Old movies are best.) We will return....often."

"We were a little hesitant to book a room because of the negative reviews, but went ahead with it because the photos looked good. Yes, the hotel is undergoing renovation, and that should be mentioned on Expedia. We had no trouble finding the temporary entrance, the staff was friendly and courteous. Our room and bathroom were very clean, the bed comfortable. We were given fresh towels and toiletries every day. We had no issues whatsoever with the construction, and will absolutely stay here again in the future."
