「A family of four we stayed overnight en route to LA. The hotel/room exceeded our expectations, such comfortable beds, nice and modern, perfectly clean. Our teenage boys, 16 and 14 had the bunkbeds which were a good size, comfortable and fabulous in that they were in a separate area, partitioned off with a sliding door, which gave us all some privacy. 「The bed sheet connected to the bed is full of hair. I asked front desk to help me change the sheet, and then they gave me two sheet which is new and clean. Then I compared them, and find that the one on my bed is green, old, and dirty. The towel there is also dirty, which has soap remaining on.」
