"Our stay at the Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. A special thank you to Bobby, who made our trip so memorable with his kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. He truly treated us like family. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations, transportation, or anything else we needed. The hotel itself was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Vietnam, highly recommend!! Daily breakfast is delicious and included!"

"Great Hotel with great staff. Sea view room was the best. Minimal English spoken by all. We were on level 23. The daily cleaners looking after this level weren't the best as I dont think our room was vaccummed once in the 10 days we were their but other than the above I can't fault it."
