The breakfast buffet was the highlight for our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was right across the street. The spa service was also very good as we had multiple massages and services done thanks to do the afternoon special they have. I recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Da Nang for their first time

What makes sala amazing is Tram Tran and the rest of the staff. Never been to a hotel where the entire staff makes you feel this welcomed and willing to help. I had originally booked my stay and double booked at another as plans changed and didn’t make adjustments before the deadline. 100% my fault. Reached out to Expedia staff, they did jack all. So i simply accepted and paid for the mistake. Went their first day to check in and was surprised to see fresh fruits in my room. Since I wasn’t staying for the first few days I simply asked front desk to see if I can save the fresh fruits as I wanted for my kids on my return. Tram was confused because she heard I wasn’t using the room for the first few days and yet it was fully paid for the week. I simply said I made a mistake, doubled booked and went on to my other resort. Later that day I got a call from the Tram from front desk saying she was able to adjust my booking and refund me for two days to my surprise. I never asked for it, she just took ownership of my situation from our small talk and went above and beyond. Her name is Tram Tran. Any company would be lucky to have her and this should be an example of excellence. I could not be more impressed with her. Thank you Tram.

Excellent staff and hotel. Great location

Was a nice room, we had issues were there was hair and other dirty areas of our room that we needed to inform them about multiple times because it was completed. Hotel staff didn’t talk to us too much however our travelling friend knew them from a previous visit and received a lot of attention. Was really nice property, but could stay down by the river for potentially less cost

loved it here! staff were so amazing and kind! always came back to a clean room, breakfast buffet was bomb and loved that they changed it up everyday ^^ pool was not busy everytime i went and massage was good (hotel guests got 20% off)!! communication through whatsapp was also very convenient! always quick to respond and very helpful! i would stay here again for sure!
