「I don't understand why it is rated as Star 2 hotel. The services is excellent; the staff are so helpful; and the environment is excellent. With swimming pool and spa; free breakfast, it is not just value for money, I am willing to pay more for such excellent hotel. It should be rated as Star 3 instead of 2 hotel. 」

「Great location in the historical centre of Gananoque. John and Steve were excellent hosts, very welcoming and accommodating. The room was just the right size for our needs and it was impeccable. The continental breakfast basket is a very nice touch. We had dinner at the Inn’s restaurant (Graydon’s) and it was excellent. Great cuisine and wine list. We would gladly visit again.」

「~~we had a great 2 day stay at this location! The staff was beyond friendly and felt very genuine in their attempt to ensure you had a great stay! We liked that it was out of town a bit, not as busy. Very clean, updated and large room. The only thing we didn't enjoy was that the tv channels were terrible. Mostly news and sports, would have been nice to be able to stream netflix ect. When we wanted to relax at night with the kids. Otherwise, would highly recommend! 」
