Unica nota negativa non ci hanno detto che se avremmo lasciata la macchina fuori dall’hotel ce l’avrebbero portata via il carro attrezzi con un costo di 280 euro . "Everything was perfect"

"Found all areas clean. Staff very welcoming however on leaving we were advised a courtesy room would be available as we were not leaving until 1630 hours. We did ask if this needed to be booked but advised no. When approached reception to check use of courtesy room advised not available and could use shower in lower area where toilets were. This was just a shower no hairdryer and actual changing facilities. We had to approach spa to see if we could use facilities in there. As hotel is due to close this coming weekend could not understand why a room was not available. If we had known no courtesy room available we would have planned our day differently"
