The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. We will come back as soon as possible!

The sea view was over rated. We was looking forward to our stay and had picked this hotel because of the opportunity to get a room with sea view. When we then arrived we got a room on the ground floor where you could barely see the ocean because of the pool area and snack bar/ terrace. We then asked for another room and this was better but I would only call it partly sea view. Besides this it was a fine hotel, the breakfast was nice and the pool and beach facilities was great.

L'hôtel est très bien situé au bord de l'eau dans la petite ville de Santa Eulalia. Petit déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix et personnel très aimable.

Hotel was mooi, ruim en schoon. Personeel super vriendelijk en altijd behulpzaam! Veel informatie over activiteiten op het eiland, scooterverhuur, autoverhuur en bustijden zijn te vinden in het hotel. Leuk dat het hotel verschillende activiteiten aanbiedt voor de gasten (aquagym, yoga, wandelen, bingo, avondanimatie). Enige grote nadeel van het hotel is het buffet. Er wordt veel gebruik gemaakt van diepvriesproducten. Dit zie je en proef je terug in de gerechten. Vaak zijn de gerechten daardoor waterig en smaken ze niet goed. Ten tweede zijn er voor veganisten heel weinig opties, bijna geen eigenlijk, en dat vind ik voor een 4 sterren hotel echt niet kunnen. Als er wel wat aanwezig is, bijvoorbeeld soja yoghurt, dan is dat slechts voor 1 dag en is het de volgende dag niet meer beschikbaar. Als je de keuken vraagt of er iets veganistisch beschikbaar is, dan wordt er wel wat voor je gehaald. Het is dus blijkbaar wel in de keuken aanwezig, neem het dan ook op in het buffet. Veel gerechten waren makkelijk veganistisch te maken. Zo hadden ze bijv. veel salades, curry of chili maar met vlees of vis eraan toegevoegd, zonde! Meerdere gasten klaagden hierover. Wij zijn daarom buiten het hotel gaan dineren, zonde van ons geld dat we betaald hadden voor halfpension maar het kon helaas niet anders! Strand is op loopafstand met boetiekjes en restaurants in de buurt. In de buurt van het strand zit ook het busstation van Santa Eulária. Neem de bus en geen boot of taxi, veel goedkoper!

Zijn er juist 30minuten geweest!! Onvriendelijk, airco werkte niet en piepkleine kamers, hadden nochtans ren deluxe room besteld. Een ziekenhuiskamer is groter. Complete misleiding op website!!

Hotel situado al pie de mar. Personal amable, pero tardas una eternidad en hacer check-in o preguntar algo en recepcion si hay alguien haciendo el check-in. Poco personal. Ascensor muy viejo, el desayuno poco variado para ser un 4 estrellas. Muy mal para aparcar, aunque haya sitio dentro siempre dicen que esta lleno. Solo puedes entrar con el coche si tienes que dejar o recoger maletas

Buena ubicación, tranquilo...

Buen hotel en una zona familiar y tranquila. El único pero es que faltaba personal y el check-in fue un poco caótico ya que la asignación de tarjetas para la apertura de las puertas de las vacaciones no funcionaban. Hotel ideal si vas a descubrir la isla, pues la ubicación es fantástica. Si por lo contrario, buscáis fiesta, mejor San Antonio.
