"Found all areas clean. Staff very welcoming however on leaving we were advised a courtesy room would be available as we were not leaving until 1630 hours. We did ask if this needed to be booked but advised no. When approached reception to check use of courtesy room advised not available and could use shower in lower area where toilets were. This was just a shower no hairdryer and actual changing facilities. We had to approach spa to see if we could use facilities in there. As hotel is due to close this coming weekend could not understand why a room was not available. If we had known no courtesy room available we would have planned our day differently"

"Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting, weather was hit and miss when we were here but it was still nice looking at the thunderstorms, food is of a good quality and staff are excellent "
