Die Handtücher, sowohl für den Pool als auch für das Zimmer, waren an 2 Tagen nicht verfügbar. Hier gab es scheinbar logistische Herausforderungen. Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. 「The hotel was lovely to look at. Our experience with staff varied in that some were not welcoming and also could not provide us with the information we needed, yet others were very accomodating.
