"Hostal Guadalupe is in a good location very close to the beach and a short walk up hill to the centre of Torremolinos. The room was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay and there was even a mini fridge and air conditioning in the room. Overall it was great value for money. "

The sixth and seventh star goes to Enrice the customer engagement manager . He was the most lovely , kind and professional person . "Hotel's good but what makes the Carmen Teresa excellent is the staff and 24/7 bar service. Bar is open all night and food is available. The food and cocktails are as good as anywhere in La Carihuela. The staff cannot do enough for you and made my stay memorable. They went the extra mile and booked the El Ranchito horse and flamenco show phoned 2 different operators and printed the ticket. They also checked that my return transfer was still active."
