"From the first time we arrived I loved how welcoming the young man at the counter was ( I didn't get his name but I'll assume you could tell who was on based on when I checked in), the lobby is beautiful and was very clean as well as the welcoming tea and coffee was a great bonus ( I love coffee!!) The staff at the cafe as well was very helpful in the morning, although I was surpirsed there was a fee for the breakfast ( one of the reasons I chose you was I thought it was included, but I may have misread something that's on me, nonetheless we still enjoyed the options). I also love checkout being at noon especially on a Sunday!! What I didn't love was that you didn't have a smart TV and we could not stream NETFLIX, which we would have preferred over regular TV, I didn't know I should have looked closer at the ammenities to make sure a smart TV was available. I also didn't love the bathroom, the bathtub looked dirty and the grout didn't look great. The bathtub floor looked dark, something that I don't know a good amount of heavy bleach or some other cleaner could have brighthen, so then the grout became a focal point too, which if the tub didn't look dirty I wouldn't have cared about the grout. Truthfully I don't know if it's because it's an older hotel, but you may want to consider an upgrade because that was a turn off, not enough to make a fuss, I was only staying for one night. Other than that, it I enjoyed the stay."
