"Staffs were nice and very accomodating, its just i noticed our bedsheet had a dirt or stain. I was thinking if it had been changed before we occupied the room or its just stain. I like having plenty of towels in the bathroom since I have a toddler."

"Great location, very hospitable and professional friendly staff, my only suggestion would be to make the dining experience a bit more enjoyable. There are so much more options in the area to eat you would think they would try harder to to compete with the neighbouring establishments. Maybe the were short staffed when we were there, the restaurant just didn’t do it for me. My wife and I sat down with our 2 children and we asked for juice and coffee and the waitress said so four coffee and two juice. I really just should have taken my 5 year olds and 3 year olds coffee instead of having to wait forever for a refill. All in all though good stay. "

"Great location, clean, bathroom was a little outdated and when I took a long shower to wash my hair the pipes leaked and the floor of the bathroom got really wet!! Other than that it was a nice place and the staff were super friendly!"

"Everything was wonderful, enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable and appreciated the keurig coffee maker, sink, fridge and microwave. Very convenient. "

"We just spent a week in a five star resort in Banff Park. We had a one night layover in Calgary and booked the Le Germain. The room was much bigger, newer, and much better appointed. My wife and I agreed it was the best designed hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. The location, around the corner from a pedestrian mall street was great with bars and shops. The restaurant on the property was excellent. "
