The staff was great and the room was clean, but needs a lot of updating. The price was the best thing if you are looking for a cheaper place to sleep and shower you can stay here two to three nights for the same price of another one.

The gym is great. Good size space and a better selection of equipment then what is typical. Very clean also. Breakfast however is not available until 6:30.
