They let us check in early, staff was nice. I wanted to get rid of our rental car, said there was no airport shuttle. The room was stifling hot. There was no air con, had to open window, got smoke from outside smoking area and down the hall. Disco started at 2130 and continued to 0230, then loud voices in parking lot to 0430. Not much sleep. Will try breakfast and find my way to airport. Do not advise staying here unless you are a smoker and not in need of rest

DO NOT book this property. This property was absolutely not what the pictures showed! This is not a destination property. It felt like a truck stop hotel. If you are visiting Florence and looking for an affordable place to stay DO NOT stay there. There is 0 parking, mountain of garbage in the back of the property,

This place is NOT A 4-star property!! It is barely above a hostel that is falling apart and has no accessible wifi, rude staff, sparse rooms, insufficient parking ...and it isn't overly clean either.

Hotel staff were not friendly! Very rude to my husband who was wanting to have a swim and doesn’t speak Italian and someone was shouting at him to “GET OUT!!!” Of the pool area. Which is very rude. Accommodation is very basic and does not look as advertised.

Not a four stars hotel, wrong rating. This is a first start at the most. Wifi is useless, I was never able to connect, only in the reception. Taxis… hard to get one. The property is outdated, it seems you are in a 1960 hotel without updates. They need to do better.

I have not read much reviews when i booked. Pictures are not reliable. The hotel is too old and its the worst hotel we have been to. Smells bad,rooms are warm. AC cant cold the room. Doors are damage. Dust everywhere. Insects in the shower. Only positive is the pool though you have to pay extra to use.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very noisy, A/C was not working and when I went to ask the receptionist, she said ther air conditioning does work. I asked really! It wasn’t mentioned in your website. She said to deal with it. Hostile to English speaking customers in my opinion. The sad part was that payment was non refundable. Mosquitoes kept me up at night and it was hot. It was an experience I will not forget in a hurry.

The first room we received has not been cleaned because the pillows and blankets were all askew, the second room was a smokers room. The third room had a blanket crusty food on it. The housekeepers walked into our room without knocking wanting to clean it, yet we still had an hour and a half for check out. The walls were so thin you can hear absolutely everything from the neighbours and noisy visitors from parties taking place. The elevator smelt like pee. Doubt this place stays afloat from returning customers.

It was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to, I’m disappointed at Expedia for having them listed, pictures are not true pictures, furniture is old and broken and nasty, breakfast is terrible and coffee is terrible, they shouldn’t even serve breakfast without the health department checking them out. Room had no ac, got bit by mosquitoes, phone doesn’t work they switch my room but it was no difference, pool was green, don’t let the pictures fool you, it’s nothing like the pictures

Hi when I booked this property via Expedia I knew I am booking 3 star hotel and my expectation should be match with what I am paying . Hotel in my idea was Motel not even 2 star . No water in room . No safe in wardrobe. Noisy corridor. Poor breakfast entry and areas, poor breakfast quality , mirror and decoratives in corridors was dirty reminded me like motel in 20s to 30s Something interesting hotel sign was 4 star which i believe should be change to Motel or B&B I asked kitchen staff about warm scramble eggs , they said you late it was 8:00 even one hour before breakfast time finishes
