「Close location」

「The property is getting renovated but the 1st floor hall way looked very dirty. You have to walk to the very back of the hotel to get to an elevator. Our room seemed clean and was a renovated room, but poorly renovated, tub and shower were patch jobs at best, curtains looked old and dirty. Breakfast area only had a couple tables and was so packed with guests that we didn't even stop.」

「I'd say I got what a payed for, it was just for a place to stay for a few nights with the basics like a bed, bathroom, fridge, and Tv. It's a little shabby and the water pressure in the bathroom is a little low but otherwise I enjoyed my stay.」

「Very welcoming staff. Easy and fast check in. My room was very clean. It looks like some new flooring has been added. The bathroom was immaculate. Looks like it was recently refurbished/upgraded. Great water flow in the shower, good hot water and REAL towels!!!」

「There was human and pet hair on the beds and the staff put us in a different room which was way dirtier and we requested a refund but they didn’t allow it.」

「Family was relocating from Washington state to Southern California and this hotel was one of our planned stops. Checking in and out was fast, simple, and easy. Staff were super nice and helpful. Hotel was nice and quiet. Room was pretty clean. The surround area the hotel is located in felt very safe and secure especially if you are traveling with kids. There are plenty of food options close by. Would absolutely recommend this hotel if you are traveling with kids and pets and happen to pass...

「Very happy with my stay! It was super clean, staff was very helpful and kind as I accidently reserved 2 rooms and there was no hassle or charge for canceling one of the them and check in went fast and smooth! I've never given a excellent review but I will for this room and stay!」

「This hotel is in an excellent location if you're attending an event at the Ford Center. It's directly across the street and within walking distance. However, the property is absolutely disgusting. The front desk and front lobby area smelled fine upon arrival and was clean. The elevator looked like it hadn't seen a good cleaning in some time. Our room was even worse.
