I fell when I was out and about and the staff were excellent especially one of the receptionist I can not remember her name she had glasses 🤓 It was very quiet at the time which I liked The only negative thing I can think of is the bed was quite hard」

「This is an absolutely amazing hotel, the rooms are excellent, the food is delicious, and the staff are brilliant friendly and with a warm welcome, with its own pool, situated in a nice peaceful area with beaches either side. Nicely priced. Well recommended. If you are looking for a place to stay away from the busy area of Benidorm yet still a short journey away from the centre. This is the place. Will be returning. 「Good-sized rooms, clean, and with a great view. Breakfast has multiple choices and the staff is very friendly. Parking outside is free, but space is limited.」

「Clean room, friendly staff, great location in the old town, lovely views from rooftop pool. Only negative the pool bar had been closed for refurbishment, the sign said it would be open from 7th July. We were there 10th - 14th and it wasn’t open.」

「Reception staff were very helpful, we arrived early for check-in so the staff very kindly offered to let us get changed and look after our luggage until our room was ready. Room was very clean, air conditioning was amazing (during heat wave!), fresh towels whenever requested, WiFi spot on, very little to no noise from other guests or outside and location was perfect, 2 min walk to shops, restaurants and beaches. Honestly can’t fault anything about the stay. Even let us store our luggage...
