"Lovely room, aesthetically pleasing clean and just perfect for me and my teenage kids. Location also great. We had a car little tricky with the chargeable parking but once the app was downloaded it made it easier. We were advised there was free parking on roads behind but basically impossible to find. Luckily the parking was very affordable. Lots of great restaurants in the area. We didn’t do the breakfast at the hotel but walking past it looked good. We instead walked across the road to the...

"My experience at this hotel was very disappointing, especially considering the price. I paid approximately $316 per night for three nights (about $1,000 in total), so I expected a much higher level of service. From the moment I arrived, I encountered several disappointing issues. There was no toilet paper in the room when we checked in, and we urgently needed to use the restroom. I actually had to take a shower first just to deal with the situation until we could get more. The room itself was...

"The shower wall was badly stained. Dangerous frayed rug which was a trip hazard especially if going to the bathroom in the night. No wifi connection unless close to the front door. The smell of cigarettes was disgusting. Dirty rug on landing. Untidy landing. Dirty floors. No plug in the bathroom sink. The hanging space had no space for a dress or pair of trousers because it was above the shelf where you would put hand luggage. Shutters wouldn’t open. Generally very run down. "
