「首先值得一提是hotel.com的客服是非常幫得上忙，因為我要預訂酒店的機場接送，他們可以幫我直接聯絡到酒店的負責人取得WhatsApp ，使我可以直接跟他們聯絡上，可以預訂得到機場接送。雖然最後機場接送方面有點小插曲，但最後亦都能成功往返。 酒店方面員工親切，特別是酒店的負責人都非常盡責，在這裏需要特別表揚，謝謝你送給我的甜品及早餐，很貼心的服務。 住宿方面算是舒適，大堂華麗，只是房間有點舊（是可以接受的），但整體都很整潔，服務員都非常有禮貌和殷勤，在頂樓的泳池很乾淨，泳池的服務員也足夠，不停會為客人服務，整體值9.5分。 酒店的四周圍環境好像正在開發中，晚上街道都很熱鬧，感覺安全」

「位置距离机场很近，打车20分钟左右，价钱50埃镑，酒店巴士不是免费的要10美元一个人非常坑！周边有小饭店，距离Starcity不远可以到这个Mall吃饭购物。房间总有一股丑酸的味道，不知道从哪里出来的，只能用香精水来掩盖，不走运的台灯漏电被电到了，这次的真算是不好的经历」

「Beautiful Hotel with large and comfortable rooms! Very close to the airport; we had a connection super early in the morning and we were not going to be able to get breakfast before our flight. The staff prepared a bag of breakfast with sandwiches, pastry, juice, and water. I would definitely stay there again!」
