On the "needs improvement" was the musty smell of the room (great ocean view!) and inconsistent cleaning crew. eg, sometimes the used tea bag/towels/pillows were replaced and sometimes not. (I'm all for eco-housekeeping, but expect it to be consistent.) "

Location is walkable to esplanade and main city centre, whilst the hotel may be older the rooms are very spacious and clean and the pool and spa were great on a very hot day. The staff here are always super friendly and the onsite carparking is a huge bonus. "
