As expected. This was rental of a private apartment as opposed to staying in a Peppers owned unit in the same complex. Only downside was no daily room service. Still had access to pools, bar service, restaurants, but everything needed to be paid by cash or card at the time (ie no room charging). Was contacted by the onsite co-ordinators ahead of stay with key pickup details, emergency numbers etc.
Nice resort right on the beach and i'm guessing on the main strip(?) Walking distance to main restaurants and cafe's.
Nice big beach pool in the middle of the resort with swim up bar.
Would stay agian.
Really well accommodated with all amenities for a stay in an apartment (laundry liquid, kitchen wash-up basics, towels for beach and bath, sheets etc.). WiFi also included which was great. The place is well maintained by Boutique collection. They were wonderful to deal with absolutely recommend this. It’s a privately owned unit at Peppers Beach Club so you get all the same benefits. We had a great unit located on the ground floor and that worked really well with two kids. They even accommodated a cot which was superb.
Loved the fact you could walk straight out to the lagoon pool and enjoy a swim or relax on a lounge chair.
Comfortable apartment,
A small negative is you can hear every one coming and going down the walk way from the bedroom, but all in all a very enjoyable stay.
Loved the heated pool but with young kids they were unable to stand in the pool. Would have liked some more activities at the property.
The hallways were very loud you could hear people very clearly as they walked up and down the stairs
Had a really good three night stay as a family of four in a two bedroom apartment. I don't often leave reviews, but I had noticed this venue had mixed reviews and was a little concerned about what awaited us. Some reviews spoke of loud children running around everywhere, and paper thin walls. We were there during school holidays with our two young teenagers, but did not have any issues with the noise. Yes, you expect noise whilst it's school holidays, but experienced nothing out of the ordinary. Yes we had to pay cash at the pool bar (as the property is managed independantly from the Peppers Resort, but they accepted credit card, and you don't have to get into the water with your wallet as some other reviewer wrote. The apartment was comfortable, and well appointed. Beds were comfortable, airconditioning worked well, cooking facilities were adequate, especially as there were so many places immediately outside the front door to eat at anyway. Parking was secure and undercover. I would have no hesitation is booking this accommodation again.
I really liked variety of the pools. The lovely warm water in the heated pool is a must in the wintertime plus there was a spa with warmer water. The lagoon pool isn't heated but isn't that cold once you are in. The resort and gardens are well maintained. Our room was very private and quiet in block 5. I liked relaxing out in spa bath on the balcony.
Amazing resort but you are renting from private owner. Make sure you read all details before you pick a room, only some have wifi, washer/dryer and kitchen area. There is no bathroom by pool so depending on your room location it can be a little bit of a hassle.
Really great place to stay ,very nice staff.
Accommodation was on the third floor no lift,we should have been told this before booking ,my wife has a heart problem this property is not disable friendly
The room:
Clean, spacious and private. Drinking glasses were supplied, and we were meant to wash them however there was nothing to wash or dry them with. Overall a great room and would stay again.
The hotel:
Loved the pool and pool bar. It was a bit noisy with the kids around but good to have the rainforest pool to escape the noise. Did not like the fact that people reserved pool chairs for the day. We would get to the pool and have no where to sit. We timed one of the chairs; we got there at 10am and the couple did not get to their chairs until 1:30pm. There should be a rule that you cannot reserve chairs. Cocktails were really nice but wished there was more in the happy hour as they were expensive. Location was great... we loved walking up the beach choosing which place to eat every day - all with a great beach view.

Light, bright and relaxing.
A very comfortable well equipped apartment for a relaxing stay. A nice outdoor balcony area to eat and lounge. Bedroom was quiet and light. Top floor with additional balcony area and spa / Bq.
Pool area very busy. A lot of young families there. A peaceful separate Serenity pool too for quiet times. Beach front, so great choices to enjoy sun and swimming. Overall a very pleasant experience here.
Very nice stay, beautiful property in a great location. However, it was a hotel room inside the Peppers resort rather than an "apartment", as it was called in Hotels.com. It was a standard hotel room with a bathroom and an outdoor deck area with a spa bath. But there were no cooking facilities (no stove, microwave, or toaster) and no table/bench/desk where you could eat at, so it shouldn't be called an apartment. Luckily, we had not planned on self-catering, so it wasn't a big problem.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Good location, pricey for the standard of room.
Adults only pool was unheated and shaded.
Great location, very convenient for restaurants, shopping, lovely clean apartment. Easy access to beach and easy for tour pickups or just relaxing.

Not relaxing - try another resort
This 7 night stay was for our "babymoon". We were excited to stay in a beautiful resort, a stunning pool and the facilities.
Unfortunately we did not have a pleasant stay.
The resort was stunning, no wifi, but boasts 3 pools (1 too cold to actually swim in by the lagoon, which noone swam in) and the other 2 looked amazing, but was sadly taken over by dozens of kids diving, throwing balls, eating in the pool, doing bombs in the pool with little supervision from parents and no staff members telling them, there are signs everywhere to say not to do it! It was not the most amazing and peaceful experience by the pool, even though it looks stunning, it is hectic and full of screaming and crying children.
We decided to order room service, and again, we were told we could not, and would need to head to the restaurant and pick up the food and pay direct, this is not room service, this is takeaway food as we could not have an account, same with ordering drinks by the pool, we had to wade in the pool with cash! Not exactly the most convenient.
When we arrived, the toilet was broken and took 24 hours to fix, and had no TV remote for the whole stay, meaning we had to get up constantly to change channel and volume to not annoy neighbours. Speaking of neighbours, walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING going on next door, below, above... Very noisy. The balcony was lovely, except for all the noise of people chatting and children crying.
Great resort for kids!
Peppers was a great choice for us as a family.
We had an apartment overlooking the pool and was very large with a spa bath on the balcony. The pool was a amazing although it was freezing the whole time. It as though it had an iceberg in it. The sandy beach within the pool was fantastic for kids to build sandcastles. The actual palm cove beach was windy and very ugly so the peppers pool helped. Peppers is full sum and sheltered from the front beach wind. Bring on the esplanade right opposite the beach made it Convenient to all restaurants and cafe’s.
