My experience was seamless. Reception staff were polite and helpful. Room was neat and tidy. Checkout was swift! The hotel in itself is a little tiered but still in good working order in a great location.

Everything was great for the price per day we paid. Looks like on of the older original hotels in Caitns but well cared for and kept. Lovely stay and one of the best ocean views from the 6th floor

Good place! Clean, amazing staff, everythings good with the room! The pool was closed though due to maintenance and the gym was old / could do with an update. All other things are good though!
